- Google Search built for calls: call ads, staffed-hours scheduling, tight service areas
- Local Services Ads, with every lead rated and bad ones sent back for credit
- Call tracking and recording on 2 numbers, every call reviewed weekly
- One landing page built for calls
- A monthly report on calls, booked jobs and cost per booked job
Local ad management, reported in booked jobs, not clicks.
Google Search, Local Services Ads and Meta ads for home-service companies, practices and local stores, run by a director-led team. $750 a month up to $5,000 of ad spend, then 15% of spend, never more than $2,000 a month below $15,000. Call tracking, a weekly call review and a monthly booked-jobs report come with every plan. No setup fee, no contract, and the ad accounts stay in your name.
No setup fee · month-to-month · you own every account · work out your fee ↓
Most local ad reports count clicks. What they rarely show is which calls turned into jobs, which ones rang out, and how much went to searches nobody would take a job from. In a September 2026 study of 1,000 contractor websites, only 26% of the sites tracking Google Ads also tracked phone calls. We track every call and form to the job or appointment it booked, and the fee is on this page.
Director-led and senior-run: nothing is handed to a junior, and there are no handoffs. Our founder, Carlos Benavides, has managed $50M+ in paid media and still reads search-term reports twice a week. Every recommendation we make is tied to your own calls and booked jobs.
Google and Local Services Ads in one fee, set by your spend
Every plan covers Google Search and Local Services Ads, and each larger plan brings more of your channels into the fee. The fee follows your spend and never jumps from one plan to the next: Launch is a flat $750, Growth is 15% of spend with a $2,000 ceiling, and the larger plans are a floor or a percentage, whichever is greater. You pay Google and Meta directly, with no markup.
- Everything in Launch
- Meta lead ads, with every form sent to your CRM
- Performance Max for local, fed only booked-job data
- Booked jobs sent back to Google and Meta from your CRM
- Up to 3 landing pages and 5 tracked numbers
- Everything in Growth
- Campaigns and reports per location or service area
- Microsoft Ads, Yelp or Nextdoor where the numbers support them
- A weekly call and a quarterly review of revenue by channel
- Everything in Scale
- A monthly fee cap agreed in writing
- Budgets and reporting per location
- Holdout tests planned with your team
Every plan starts with the $497 local ads audit, credited 100% within 60 days · prepay a quarter for 5% off, six months for 10% · founding clients: the first three businesses get 25% off list in exchange for named case-study rights

Published agency fees at this spend: about $700 to $2,000 a month.
- Google Search built for calls: call ads, staffed-hours scheduling, tight service areas
- Local Services Ads, with every lead rated and bad ones sent back for credit
- Call tracking and recording on 2 numbers, every call reviewed weekly
- One landing page built for calls
- A monthly report on calls, booked jobs and cost per booked job
Under about $2,000 a month in spend, the $750 fee is more than a third of the budget. Local Services Ads on their own, at $450 a month, or the audit’s fix list run in-house usually make more sense, and we will say so.
The audit credits 100% to your first month within 60 days. The fee is worked out on each month’s actual spend, from Google’s and Meta’s own invoices.
What a booked job costs you right now
Enter last month’s numbers to see what each booked job costs in ads. It is the first number in every report we send. The figures below are examples until you enter yours.
20 of 50 calls and forms became booked work. Each booked job cost $250 in ads, 20.8% of an average $1,200 job. Every $1 of ads came back as $4.80 of booked work.
If you knew all four numbers without looking hard, and the share of each job spent on ads is comfortable, your tracking is doing its job and you may not need us. If you had to guess any of them, the audit starts there.
Our fee sits inside the published range at every spend level
Monthly fees from ten agencies that publish their prices, worked out at each spend level. Few local specialists publish a price at all: in one 2026 count, 3 of 21 dental and 4 of 21 veterinary Google Ads agencies did.
Sources and method
Fees computed from each agency’s published formula at each spend, all pages read on October 4, 2026: HigherVisibility, Logical Position, WebFX, SmartSites, Emprise Digital, Lotiva, PatientGain, Sagapixel, NexioBit and PaperStreet. The $1k and $40k rows apply the same published formulas wherever they reach that far. Budget flat-fee shops from $249 a month are left out. Market context: in Credo’s survey of 146 PPC firms, 83% bill a flat fee, and 2026 guides from OuterBox and NEWMEDIA put management under $5,000 of spend at roughly $500 to $2,000 a month. Local Services Ads management on its own runs $99 to $1,000 a month across thirteen published offers, about $450 in the middle. The call tracking figure is from Contractor Magazine’s September 2026 study of 1,000 contractor websites, and the agency count from Web Tonic’s 2026 dental and veterinary agency lists.
Where a local budget goes, and when each channel earns it
Google Search and Local Services Ads are in every plan, and the larger plans bring the others into the fee. The audit decides which ones your budget can feed, because a thin budget spread across five platforms keeps all five learning.
Search and call ads
People searching for your service in your area right now. The first channel for most local businesses.
Google Search: the people already looking
Campaigns built around the services you want more of, scheduled to the hours someone answers the phone, and fenced to the areas you actually serve. Search terms are read every week, and the ones nobody books from are cut.
- Call ads and call assets where a call is the goal
- Service areas drawn to where you take work
- Negative keywords for the jobs you do not do
The Google Verified ads
Paid per lead and shown above the search ads, with the Google Verified badge.
Local Services Ads: every lead rated
Google replaced the Guaranteed and Screened badges with one Google Verified badge in October 2025, and from August 2026 it is moving these ads into Google Ads as a Performance Max campaign type, trade by trade. We keep the profile in good standing, rate every lead, and send the bad ones back for credit.
- Budget, hours and job types set to the work you want
- Every lead rated, and disputes filed when a lead is not real
- Old reports downloaded before the move, so no history is lost
Performance Max for local
Google’s automated campaign across Search, Maps and YouTube, run on booked-job data.
Performance Max: only on real outcomes
Performance Max learns from whatever you tell it counts. Fed form fills, it finds more form fills; fed booked jobs from your CRM, it finds more booked jobs. We run it once the booked-job data is flowing, and not before.
- Booked jobs sent back from your CRM
- Brand searches excluded, so it cannot take credit for them
- Asset groups per service, not one catch-all
Facebook and Instagram
Lead ads for the people near you who are not searching yet.
Meta: demand before the search
Lead ads with the form sent straight to your CRM, so every lead gets a fast first reply. Not sure Meta will work in your city? The $497 competitor ad teardown reads what local rivals run and gives a go or no-go first.
- Forms sent to your CRM, not a spreadsheet
- Audiences drawn around your service area
- Lead quality checked against booked jobs
Microsoft Ads
Bing and its partner sites, set up from what already works on Google.
Microsoft Ads: the second search engine
Set up by importing the Google campaigns that already book work, then tuned on its own numbers. Usually a small share of spend, added when the imported campaigns can earn their place.
- Search campaigns imported, then separated
- Its own bids and negatives, not a copy of Google
- Calls tracked like every other channel
The neighborhood channels
Where people ask their neighbors who to call.
Yelp and Nextdoor: tested, not assumed
Both can work for the right trade in the right town, and both waste money as a first channel. We test them with a fixed budget and a stop rule once Google is healthy.
- A test budget and a stop rule agreed before launch
- Calls tracked to booked jobs, like every channel
- Kept only if they add booked work
Results from accounts our founder has run
Work our founder, Carlos Benavides, ran before Barlo Digital, in house and at agencies. Screenshots are redacted where a client asked or where an account is live. Barlo Digital is a new firm, so these are his professional history rather than client results the firm is claiming as its own.

623 campaigns, one clean month
Fragmented per-ad-set budgets consolidated into one campaign budget, audience overlap cut by roughly 60%, top performers moved to ROAS-goal bidding. The screenshot is the month it clicked.

$255K deployed without a ROAS collapse
A 60-day cost-per-acquisition trend found the three campaigns that could actually take budget. Increases applied in steps with guardrails at the ad-set level. The top campaign held 4.67x.

Local ad management pricing FAQ
How much does Google Ads management cost for a local business?
Published rate cards put it at about $725 a month at $2,000 of ad spend and about $1,500 at $10,000, the middle of ten agencies that publish a formula. Ours is $750 a month up to $5,000 of spend, then 15% of spend with a $2,000 ceiling below $15,000, then $2,000 or 12% of spend, whichever is greater. Google Search and Local Services Ads are in every plan.
Do you manage Local Services Ads?
Yes. They are in every plan, or $450 a month on their own. Google replaced the Guaranteed and Screened badges with one Google Verified badge in October 2025, and it is moving these ads into Google Ads as a Performance Max campaign type, starting in August 2026 with plumbing, HVAC, electrical, roofing and other trades. We rate every lead, dispute the bad ones, and download the old reports before the move, so no history is lost.
Is there a setup fee or a contract?
No setup fee and no minimum term. Plans run month-to-month at full rate, and you can leave any month with no exit fee. Every plan starts with the $497 local ads audit, which credits 100% to your first month if you go ahead within 60 days. Prepaying a quarter takes 5% off, and six months takes 10% off.
What is the minimum ad spend?
About $2,000 a month across Google and Local Services Ads. Below that, the $750 fee is more than a third of the budget, and Local Services Ads alone at $450 a month, or the audit’s fix list run in-house, usually make more sense. We will say so.
Who owns the ad accounts and the tracking numbers?
You do, and we put it in writing. We work inside your own Google, Meta and call tracking accounts, with access you grant and can take back at any time. If you leave, the accounts, numbers, pages and data stay with you.
Do you mark up ad spend?
No. You pay Google and Meta directly, on your own card, and our fee is a separate line on our own invoice. Google’s rules require agencies to disclose their fees and to report Google’s exact costs; ours are on this page.
What does the monthly report show?
Calls, forms, booked jobs and cost per booked job, by channel, with the call recordings behind them. Clicks and impressions are in the back of the report, not the front.
Will you promise a number of leads or jobs?
No. Results depend on your market, your offer, your reviews and how fast the phone gets answered, and anyone who promises a number is guessing. We commit to the work: the weekly call review, the search terms cut, the disputes filed, and every claim tied to your own calls.
Do you work with practices and law firms too?
Yes. Dental and medical practices, med spas, veterinary clinics and law firms run the same channels, measured in booked appointments or signed cases instead of jobs. Call recording and the rules for patient and client data are agreed with you before anything goes live.
What if the phone is the problem?
Then more ads make it worse. If calls ring out or wait until morning, the AI receptionist answers every one, texts back and books the appointment. It is priced separately, and the audit will tell you if that is where to start.
Thirty days of Google Ads and Local Services Ads spend traced to the searches, hours and areas that produce booked jobs, your call tracking checked end to end, and a fix list in priority order, delivered as a recorded walkthrough within 48 hours of read-only access. Credited 100% toward your first month within 60 days, so the audit is your onboarding, not an extra.
