Amazon PPC management, priced on ad spend and never on your sales.
Our fee is $2,000 a month or 10% of Amazon ad spend, whichever is greater, stepping down to 7% as you grow. Some Amazon agencies take a share of your revenue instead, organic orders included, or hold you to a 3-to-12-month term. Ours is month-to-month, and every decision is steered by TACoS: ad spend against all of your Amazon sales.
Director-led and senior-run: nothing is handed to a junior, and there are no handoffs. Our founder, Carlos Benavides, has managed $50M+ in paid media, marketplace stores included. Every recommendation we make is tied to your own account’s numbers.
No setup fee · no share of sales · month-to-month · you own the account
One fee per brand, set by your Amazon ad spend
Each plan has a monthly floor and a percentage of Amazon ad spend, and you pay whichever is greater. Each plan’s floor is where the one before it ends, so the fee never jumps as you grow. Sponsored Products, Brands and Display sit under the one fee; DSP is billed on its own spend.

- Weekly TACoS scorecard against total sales
Under about $8,000 a month in Amazon ad spend, the $2,000 floor is a quarter or more of the budget. We will tell you so on the call, and say what to fix yourself first.
The fee is worked out on each month’s actual Amazon ad spend, from Amazon’s own invoices. Organic sales never count.
Your ACoS and TACoS from last month’s numbers
Four numbers from Seller Central and the Amazon Ads console, last month. ACoS only sees sales Amazon credits to an ad. TACoS divides ad spend by every Amazon sale, so it shows whether ads are growing the whole account or buying orders you would have had anyway.
Every $1 of ad-attributed sales cost 30 cents in ads. Ads cost 10% of everything you sold on Amazon, and 66.7% of sales came without an ad click. Your ACoS sits 5 points under your 35% margin before ads, so ad sales are profitable at the unit level.
Now check the trend: if TACoS has been flat or falling for three months while total sales grow, your ads are doing their job, and you may not need us.
Our fee is inside or below the published range at every spend level
Monthly fees from four Amazon agencies that publish their prices, worked out at each spend level. The large Amazon agencies quote privately, so they are not included.
Sources and method
Fees computed from each agency’s published formula, pages read on October 3, 2026: Ad Badger’s managed service ($975 base plus 8% of spend, $2,500 minimum), WebFX Amazon pricing (15%, 12% and 10% tiers with minimums), PPC Adviser ($1,499 plus 1.5% of ad revenue) and Sellrbox’s managed edition ($1,499 plus 3.5% of managed ad revenue). The last two charge on ad revenue, so we assumed a ROAS of 3 (an ACoS of about 33%) to put them on the same scale. Offshore flat-fee offers from $499 a month are left out. The listing figure in the terms below is WebFX’s published listing optimization price, $1,350 to $4,775 a month. Market context: industry guides put Amazon PPC management at 10 to 20% of ad spend with $1,000 to $2,500 minimums, and setup fees, where charged, at $500 to $2,500.
What we run inside the Amazon Ads console
Sponsored Products, Sponsored Brands, Sponsored Display and DSP, run under one plan.
The workhorse
Product ads in search results and on product pages, where most Amazon budgets do most of their work.
Sponsored Products: built in three layers
Research campaigns find the search terms that convert, performance campaigns buy them at the right bid, and brand defense keeps competitors off your own name.
- Search terms harvested into exact match every week
- Negatives so you stop paying for terms that never sell
- Bids by placement: top of search, product pages, the rest
Your brand above the results
Headline ads with your logo and several products, sending shoppers to your Store or a product.
Sponsored Brands: own the top of the page
Brand registry is required. We use it to defend your brand searches and to win category searches with more than one product in view.
- Headline copy tested against your best-selling products
- Store pages that the ads land on
- New-to-brand numbers in the weekly scorecard
Video in search results
Short product video in the middle of the results, the placement shoppers notice.
Sponsored Brands video: motion in a static page
One product, a few seconds, no sound needed. We direct it and run it; if you need the video made, it comes from a creative package.
- Video placements read separately from static ones
- Landing on the product, not the Store, when it sells better
Retargeting on and off Amazon
Reach people who viewed your products, or shoppers on competitor product pages.
Sponsored Display: second chances
Views retargeting and product targeting on competitor pages. It earns budget only when it brings back shoppers who would not have returned on their own.
- Views remarketing with sensible lookback windows
- Competitor product targeting by category
Amazon’s programmatic display
Audiences built from Amazon’s shopping data, on and off Amazon.
DSP: when the account is ready for it
DSP needs a budget of its own to learn, and agency-managed DSP is commonly cited at $10,000 to $15,000 a month. We start it when the sponsored ads are healthy and the budget is there, not before.
- Retargeting and conquesting audiences
- Billed at 10% of DSP spend on top of the plan fee, from $10,000 a month of DSP spend
Answers from Amazon’s own data
Which ads actually lead to purchases, measured across the whole path.
Amazon Marketing Cloud: where eligible
Path-to-purchase questions that the console cannot answer, such as which ad types work together, and audiences built from them for Sponsored ads and DSP.
- Overlap and path-to-purchase analysis
- Audiences pushed back into campaigns

Amazon PPC pricing FAQ
How much does Amazon PPC management cost?
Published price sheets put it at about $1,500 to $2,500 a month at $10,000 of Amazon ad spend, and pricing guides cite 10 to 20% of ad spend with $1,000 to $2,500 minimums. Ours is $2,000 a month or 10% of Amazon ad spend, whichever is greater, stepping down to 9% from $30,000 and 7% from $100,000 a month.
Do you take a percentage of my sales?
No. Some Amazon agencies charge a share of ad revenue or of total revenue, which means they are paid on orders that would have come anyway. Our fee is worked out on Amazon ad spend alone, from Amazon’s own invoices.
Is there a setup fee?
No. The first two weeks are the audit and the rebuild (structure, the search-term harvest, negatives and bids) and they sit inside the first month’s fee. Pricing guides put Amazon setup fees at $500 to $2,500 where they are charged.
Is there a contract or a minimum term?
No. Plans run month-to-month at full rate, and you can leave any month with no exit fee. Prepaying a quarter takes 5% off and prepaying six months takes 10% off.
How is DSP priced?
On its own: 10% of DSP spend on top of the plan fee, from $10,000 a month of DSP spend, and DSP spend does not count toward the plan’s Amazon ad spend. DSP needs a budget of its own to learn, commonly cited at $10,000 to $15,000 a month for agency-managed DSP, so we start it when the sponsored ads are healthy rather than on day one.
Why do you steer by TACoS instead of ACoS?
ACoS only sees the sales Amazon credits to an ad. TACoS divides ad spend by all of your Amazon sales, so it shows whether ads are growing the whole account or buying orders you would have had anyway. We report both every week and make budget decisions on TACoS.
Do you write listings and A+ content?
Yes, as a package: $1,500 a month for titles, bullets, backend search terms and A+ content, rewritten in the order the search-term data ranks them. Every plan also includes listing feedback, because ads cannot fix a listing that does not convert: titles, main images, price and reviews. Photography is not included, and Sponsored Brands video can come from a creative package.
What is the minimum Amazon ad spend?
Management makes sense from about $8,000 a month in Amazon ad spend. Below that, the $2,000 floor is a quarter or more of the budget, and we will tell you so on the call.
Who owns the campaigns and the data?
You do. We work inside your own Amazon Ads console with access you grant and can remove at any time, and the campaigns and their history stay with you if you leave.
Book fifteen minutes with the director who would run your account. Bring last month’s ad spend, ad sales and total sales, and you will leave the call with your TACoS read and the fee for your account, whether or not you hire us.
