- Meta and Google in the fee; other channels $500 a month each
- 20 to 30 fresh creatives a month from your assets
- Pixel, Conversions API and GA4 kept honest
- Weekly scorecard reconciled to Shopify
- Month-to-month, and you own every account
Ecommerce ad management for Shopify brands, from $2,000 a month.
Our fee is $2,000 a month or 12% of ad spend, whichever is greater, and the percentage steps down to 6% as you scale. Meta and Google are in the fee, each other channel is $500 a month, and there is no setup fee or minimum term. Most of the best-known DTC agencies publish no prices at all, so the fee, the setup charge and the term only come out after the sales call.
Director-led and senior-run: nothing is handed to a junior, and there are no handoffs. Our founder, Carlos Benavides, has managed $50M+ in paid media and still reads search-term reports twice a week. Every recommendation we make is tied to your own account’s numbers.

Facebook, Instagram and Google ads in one fee, set by your spend
Every plan covers Meta and Google, with a monthly floor and a percentage of ad spend, and you pay whichever is greater. Each floor is where the plan before it ends, so the fee never jumps as you grow, and it falls when spend falls. Other channels are $500 a month each, and twenty to thirty fresh creatives a month come with every plan.
- Everything in Launch
- Shopping feed and Performance Max fenced
- Hook-level creative testing plan
- MER and new-customer CAC targets by month
- Monthly growth review with the director
- Everything in Growth
- Campaigns tiered by product margin
- Daily budget pacing against MER
- Server-side tracking built by hand
- Quarterly planning with the director
- Everything in Scale
- Monthly fee cap agreed in writing
- Holdout tests planned with your team
- Reporting built into your own stack
Every plan starts with the $1,000 Senior Audit, credited 100% within 60 days · prepay a quarter for 5% off, six months for 10% · founding clients: the first three brands get 25% off list in exchange for named case-study rights · Amazon Ads is priced separately
Your monthly fee at your ad spend
Choose your channels, your monthly ad spend and any creative production to see your plan and your fee.
Published agency fees at this spend: about $1,400 to $4,400 a month.
- Meta and Google in the fee; other channels $500 a month each
- 20 to 30 fresh creatives a month from your assets
- Pixel, Conversions API and GA4 kept honest
- Weekly scorecard reconciled to Shopify
- Month-to-month, and you own every account
Under about $10,000 a month in spend, the $2,000 floor is a fifth or more of your budget. Most stores that size do better running the audit’s fix list in-house first, and we will say so.
The audit credits 100% to your first month within 60 days. The fee is worked out on each month’s actual platform spend, from the platforms’ own invoices.
Our fee sits inside the published range at every spend level
Monthly fees from eight agencies that publish their prices, worked out at each spend level. Most of the best-known DTC agencies publish no prices, so they are not included.
Sources and method
Fees computed from each agency’s published formula at each spend, all pages read on October 3, 2026: WebFX ecommerce PPC pricing, Logical Position pricing, ATTN Agency’s fee structures article, AdvertiseMint’s FAQ, Lotiva Meta ads pricing, Emprise Digital’s PPC rate card, HigherVisibility PPC pricing and Adsformance’s Google Ads pricing; Needle’s plan at $8k to $11k of spend sets the top at $10k (it bundles creative and email). Where a band edge was ambiguous we used the lower rate. Market context: in Credo’s survey of 146 PPC firms, 82.7% offer a flat retainer and 21.2% use a fee or a percentage of spend, whichever is greater. Industry guides put most management at 10 to 20% of spend, falling as spend grows.
Where your budget goes, and when each channel earns it
Meta and Google are in every plan’s fee, and each other channel below is $500 a month. The audit decides which ones your budget can feed, because a thin budget spread across five platforms keeps all five learning.
Facebook and Instagram
The first channel for most stores: reach, catalog ads and the deepest creative testing.
Meta: where most stores start
Advantage+ shopping and manual structures side by side, catalog ads for the feed, and the creative volume Meta’s delivery rewards. We read results against Shopify, not against Meta’s own attribution.
- Conversions API and Pixel deduplicated, so a sale counts once
- Prospecting, retargeting and retention with budget guardrails
- Creative fatigue tracked weekly, hook by hook
Search, Shopping and PMax
Buyers already searching for what you sell, served from your product feed.
Google: buyers who are already looking
Search, Shopping and Performance Max run on your Merchant Center feed. We fence Performance Max so it cannot take credit for people who were already searching for your brand.
- Brand exclusions and search-term sculpting
- Feed titles, attributes and margin tiers cleaned up
- YouTube and Demand Gen when the creative is there to feed them
TikTok ads
Native video at volume. Earns its place when you can feed it new ads every week.
TikTok: creative is the budget
In-feed ads, Spark Ads from creators and GMV Max for TikTok Shop sellers. TikTok’s own guidance is three to five creatives per ad group, so we only start it when the creative supply is in place. Added to a plan, TikTok is $500 a month; run on its own, it is $2,000 a month or 15% of TikTok spend, whichever is greater. TikTok Shop operations, meaning affiliate creators, samples and LIVE selling, are a separate service at $5,000 a month plus 5% of Shop GMV.
- Spark Ads with creator permissions handled
- GMV Max for stores selling through TikTok Shop
- Pixel and Events API checked against Shopify
Pinterest ads
Planned purchases: home, fashion, food, gifting and weddings, months ahead.
Pinterest: buyers planning ahead
People search Pinterest while they plan, which suits catalogs with a long consideration window. Shopping ads run from the same feed as Google.
- Catalog and Shopping campaigns from your feed
- Seasonal planning set months ahead of the season
- Conversions API checked against Shopify
Microsoft Ads
Imports your Google Search and Shopping, so it is quick to add.
Microsoft Ads: the cheap second search engine
Bing, Yahoo and partner sites, set up by importing what already works on Google, then tuned on its own data. It is usually a small share of spend, so we add it when the imported campaigns can earn back the $500 a month.
- Search and Shopping imported, then separated
- Its own negatives and bids, not a mirror of Google
- Merchant Center feed shared with Google
The narrow channels
Younger audiences on Snapchat, niche communities on Reddit.
Snapchat and Reddit: tested, not assumed
Both can work for the right product, and both waste money as a first channel. We test them with a fixed budget and a stop rule once Meta and Google are healthy.
- A test budget and a stop rule agreed before launch
- Pixel and conversions checked against Shopify
- Kept only if it adds new customers, not just clicks
Amazon Ads
A different discipline with its own numbers: ACoS, TACoS and rank.
Amazon Ads: priced separately
Sponsored Products, Brands, Display and DSP are measured on TACoS and priced on Amazon ad spend alone, never on your organic sales.
Results from accounts our founder has run
Work our founder, Carlos Benavides, ran before Barlo Digital, in house and at agencies. Screenshots are redacted where a client asked or where an account is live. Barlo Digital is a new firm, so these are his professional history rather than client results the firm is claiming as its own.

623 campaigns, one clean month
Fragmented per-ad-set budgets consolidated into one campaign budget, audience overlap cut by roughly 60%, top performers moved to ROAS-goal bidding. The screenshot is the month it clicked.

$255K deployed without a ROAS collapse
A 60-day cost-per-acquisition trend found the three campaigns that could actually take budget. Increases applied in steps with guardrails at the ad-set level. The top campaign held 4.67x.
Fresh ads every week are in the plan. New footage is a package.
Every plan includes 20 to 30 fresh creatives a month, built from the photos, video and reviews you already have: new hooks, statics, cuts and copy. When the account needs new footage, add a production package. Motion’s 2026 benchmark of 6,015 Meta accounts found that accounts spending $10k to $50k a month launch about 18 new ads a month on average, and the top quarter about 35.
- 6 static concepts
- 2 motion ads
- 2 video edits from your footage
- A monthly test plan
- 8 static concepts
- 2 motion ads and 2 video edits
- 4 UGC creator videos, 3 hooks each
- A monthly test plan
- 12 static concepts
- 4 motion ads and 4 video edits
- 8 UGC creator videos, 3 hooks each
- 8 more hooks on your winners
- Monthly creative review with the director

Ecommerce ad management pricing FAQ
How much does ecommerce ad management cost?
Published rate cards put it at about $1,000 to $4,000 a month at $10,000 of monthly spend, and around 10 to 15% of spend in the middle of the market. Ours is $2,000 a month or 12% of ad spend, whichever is greater, stepping down to 10% from $25,000, 8% from $75,000 and 6% from $200,000 a month. The fee covers Meta and Google, and each other channel is $500 a month.
Why charge a percentage of ad spend at all?
Because spend is the one number both sides can check on the platform’s own invoice, and more spend means more campaigns, more creative and more budget decisions to get right. The percentage steps down as you grow, the floor keeps a small account worth senior attention, and when the numbers say cut, we say cut. Our fee falls with your spend.
Is there a setup fee?
No. Every plan starts with the $1,000 Senior Audit, which is also the onboarding: tracking checked, structure mapped, the fix list in order. It credits 100% to your first month if you go ahead within 60 days. Agencies that charge a setup or onboarding fee usually ask $500 to $5,000.
Is there a contract or a minimum term?
No. Plans run month-to-month at full rate, and you can leave any month with no exit fee. Prepaying a quarter takes 5% off and prepaying six months takes 10% off, and the first three brands get founding-client pricing at 25% off list in exchange for named case-study rights.
What counts as ad spend?
What you pay the ad platforms in the month, across the channels we run, taken from their own invoices. Amazon Ads is priced separately, and creative production is its own line.
Is creative included?
Yes, at volume. Every plan includes 20 to 30 fresh creatives a month built from your existing photos, video and reviews: new hooks, statics, cuts and copy. New production, meaning UGC creators, new video and motion, is a package from $1,750 a month, or single assets from $150.
Who owns the ad accounts, the pixel and the data?
You do, and we put it in writing. We work inside your own Meta, Google and analytics accounts with access you grant and can take back at any time. If you leave, the accounts, campaigns and data stay where they are.
What is the minimum ad spend?
Management makes sense from about $10,000 a month. Below that, the $2,000 floor is a fifth or more of the budget, and most stores that size do better running the audit’s fix list in-house first.
Will you promise a ROAS?
No. Results depend on your offer, your margins and your market, and anyone who promises a number is guessing. We commit to the work: the weekly scorecard, the creative volume, and every claim cited to your own account’s numbers.
Which channels do you run, and what does each one cost?
Meta and Google (Search, Shopping, Performance Max and YouTube) are in every plan’s fee. TikTok, Pinterest, Microsoft Ads, Snapchat and Reddit are $500 a month each on top. A brand that runs TikTok with no Meta or Google pays $2,000 a month or 15% of TikTok spend, whichever is greater. Amazon Ads is a different discipline with its own page and its own pricing.
Do you run TikTok Shop?
Yes, as its own service: $5,000 a month plus 5% of Shop GMV, for affiliate creator outreach, the sample program and LIVE selling planned with your team. TikTok ads for Shop sellers, GMV Max included, run under the ad management plan like any other channel.
Thirty days of spend traced to structure, bidding and creative, your platform numbers reconciled against Shopify, and a fix list in priority order, delivered as a recorded director-level walkthrough within 48 hours of access. Credited 100% toward your first month within 60 days, so the audit is your onboarding, not an extra.
